plants. Essential oils have many uses - inhalations, baths, compresses,
diffusers, homemade bath & body products, and natural cleansers. You
can even add a drop or two to your favorite unscented body care
products to instantly personalize them.
But first, you should
learn how to use essential oils safely and effectively. Never use undiluted oils directly on your skin and remember, less is always more.
