Shipping/Handling: We ship to the USA ONLY within 1-3 business days via UPS or USPS. A $2 per box handling fee is added to phone/fax/email orders. Use promo code 75FREE at checkout to receive free shipping on RETAIL orders of $75 or more going to the CONTINENTAL US. Entering the wrong shipping address may delay your order and will cause you to incur additional fees if the package is returned. Use the map below to determine normal UPS ground transit times once your package leaves our facility in Texas. Expedited shipping begins when your package leaves our warehouse.

Returns: All retail orders come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we'll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Cancellations/Additions: Please check your order carefully BEFORE you check out. If you need to make a change later, call us ASAP. Canceled orders that have already been packed will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Incorrect, Damaged or Lost Goods: Save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days. If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.

Catalog: In an effort to save trees & to keep costs down, we do not maintain a printed catalog.
