Refund Policy

We want you to love your A Wild Soap Bar products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@awildsoapbar.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. We accept returns on both unused and partially used bars — if a product isn't working for you, we want to hear about it and make it right.

Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number with your return so we can process it promptly.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
