Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with A Wild Soap Bar! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping automatically applied at checkout.

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times vary by destination but are typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@awildsoapbar.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
